A little update on life then :)
Sometimes you get so tired of being upset, being disappointed and being a piece of something in everyone's petty little drama.
Then, stop and breathe. Don't think about it if it doesn't
involve you. Let yourself feel annoyed when you are caught in the middle
of it because you are NOT part of the drama. It is not wrong and you
need your peace and quiet even if you want to help. You can't help
anyone if you're stressed up and on edge.
Personally, I refuse to get worked up into all these because I
know for a fact that I get aggressive and I just can't afford any
emotional drama from myself right now.
I am exhausted from work, mentally and both physically. I get
cranky and all I just want to do and stay in one place and NOT move. Me
being in this state, it just won't allow any more unnecessary bullshit
in.
So, now I just sit and relax. Not that I can, but I try to look
at brighter sides of things now, which is rare. I guess it took a while
for me to get here. Positivity isn't really my sort of thing but right
now, it helps me keep calm.
So, ignore the world if you have to when you can't take it.
